Le Processus
This report aims todescribe the methodologyadopted during the period of internship in thequality department of New Equipment Center.This internship allowed to:- develop processmappings;- update the qualitymanual of NEC;- implement processcertification of manufacturing process;- establish documentedprocedures required by ISO 9001.These results were obtained by using various quality toolsapplicable in the industrial world.Key words:ISO 9001, methodology, process mapping,certification of manufacturing process, qualitymanagement system.
